This chess board is made of maple and walnut squares measuring 1.75" and is recessed in to a box made from cherry. The board lifts off the base to reveal divided spaces to store pieces when not in use.

The board measures roughly 14"x 14" by 1.25"

The box measures roughly 16"x 16"x 3.5"
